Lawrence Baird is an experienced executive leader specializing in strategy, operational improvement, IT, P&L optimization, product, and people development. Lawrence has over 25 years of sales, operations, and product/project management experience, including 13 years with Laureate Education, COO of Mosaic Learning and SVP of Client Solutions and Operations with Mindgrub Technologies and Mindgrub Ventures. Lawrence has also been an adjunct professor at Stevenson University for 15 years. Through all aspects of his work, Lawrence believes in the positive impact that education can have on everyone—children to adults—and finds inspiration in working with individuals who are passionate and committed to this work.
