Dr. Searetha Smith-Collins manages all curriculum delivered by 7 Mindsets, driving deeper leadership for SEL and student mental health awareness lessons and resources. She works to ensure that all curriculum and content equitably meets and exceeds the social, emotional, and mental health needs of students. Dr. Smith-Collins has held elementary teacher, school principal, and superintendent-level positions in school districts in Washington state, Richmond, VA, Washington, DC, and Baltimore, MD. She loves doing the “heart work” of helping and supporting educators, students, and their families in the pursuit of concern for strengthening their mindsets, behavior, and relationships with one another.
