Emily O’Rourke is responsible for collaborating with the CEO and functional-area leaders for financial reporting and analysis. Prior to accepting her full-time role in 2021, Emily served as a fractional controller for five years at the company, where she developed an affinity for everything 7 Mindsets. Beginning her career at KPMG and through her 22 years of progressive financial leadership, Emily has developed a passion for numbers and recognizes that with 7 Mindsets she can impact the lives of educators and students everywhere.
